This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

According to the American Pregnancy Association, prenatal massage can be instrumental in prenatal care with benefits associated in reducing back and joint pain, improving circulation, reducing muscle tension, headaches, stress and anxiety, While improving oxygenation of soft tissues and muscles, prenatal massage also promotes better sleep!
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage aims to move fluid from the swollen area to the lymph nodes for drainage. It can boost your immune system, calm skin conditions, and even reduce common colds.
